Tammy Lipana resigns Roxas & Co board

Roxas and Company, Inc. said independent director Tomasa “Tammy” H. Lipana will step down from the board effective December 29.

In a disclosure, the company said its chairman received Lipana’s resignation letter on December 26, dated December 15, confirming earlier discussions with the board about her plan to resign.

The chairman and senior partner of Isla Lipana & Co., the Philippine member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers global network. has served as an independent director of RCI since May 16, 2025.

She cited personal reasons for her resignation, specifically the need to focus on her husband’s health and her election as president of the Institute of Corporate Directors for 2026.

The company did not immediately name a replacement.
