Erlinda and Danilo Dolor heiress inherit P1.3 billion PSBank shares

Former Philippine Savings Bank (PSB) director Soledad Dolor Serrano De Leon is now the second-biggest shareholder in the Ty family-controlled lender after getting her inheritance.

De Leon received 22.525 million PSB shares as the sole legal heir of the late Erlinda and Danilo Dolor.

The inheritance increased her total stake to 26.982 million or 6.32 percent, which is next only to the 88 percent share of the Ty family’s Metropolitan Bank and Trust Co. The Ty family took over PSB in 1981.

The St. Paul College of Manila alum has been a director of PSB from 2016 to January 31 this year. She owns Casa Medica and Sodel Milling and Realty and is a director of Candelaria Rural Bank. She is also the chairwoman of Yaman Lahi Foundation Inc.-Emilio Aguinaldo College.
