Francisco “Paco” Magsaysay, founder of Carmen’s Best and current head of Asian Vision Cable Holdings, Inc., is one of the Philippines’ Top 30 Filipino Leaders on LinkedIn. Magsaysay is best known for being the man behind the well-loved premium ice cream brand Carmen’s Best. He built the brand from scratch after he came back to the Philippines from the U.S.
He is currently the president and CEO of Asian Vision, the Magsaysay family’s 50-year-old business. From offering cable TV services, the company is now one of the country’s major players in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry.
Through Asian Vision, Magsaysay aims to build an ecosystem centered on internet cable and connectivity with managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, professional IT services, and structured cabling.
His leadership model is his grandfather, the late Philippine President Ramon Magsaysay.
