Rising from humble beginnings, Frank’s journey, characterized by hard work and business acumen, positions him as a significant industry player.
The alumni association highlighted Lao’s unwavering sponsorship of Letran teams, a key factor in the Squires’ NCAA championship win after nearly two decades. This year, his ongoing support extends to both the Juniors Basketball Program and the Letran Volleyball teams, underscoring his inspiring affection for and commitment to the Colegio.
