‘Magsara na kayo!’ Carats slam Live Nation PH as ticket sales for Seventeen concert turns to chaos

Pinoy fans of the Korean boy group Seventeen are up in arms against events organizer Live Nation PH after what they called a chaotic ticket selling system on Saturday, November 11, 2023.

CARATs lined up at SM Tickets outlets to score seats for the 2024 “Follow” Tour at the Philippine Arena, only to be left heartbroken because tickets were sold out quickly.

Fans claimed that only a few people in line managed to buy tickets, with scalpers allegedly getting more tickets, which were immediately sold at marked up rates.

The CARATs’ rage grew after Live Nation posted on X, formerly Twitter, that the concert was already sold out.

The phrase, “Magsara na kayo,” became one of the top trending topics in the Philippines on the platform.

“Hi, just want to let u know how unprofessional u were with the lack of assistance and update today. There were so many people na walang kain at tulog, lined up online too, poured their time and effort for this, but for the whole selling hours parepareho kaming nangangapa cuz of u,” one tweeted about the events promotion company led by Rhiza Pascua.

“Please do both us carats and you a favor—don’t bid on svt cons anymore. bulok ang serbisyo n’yo tapos when we bring it to your attention, you block us. how unprofessional,” another said.

Even TV host Robi Domingo struggled to get a ticket through the SM Tickets website.
