Yellow Cab has issued an apology to customers whose delivery orders were cancelled after availing of a P1,000 promo code from Foodpanda.
The Max’s Group-owned chain said a system error led to the automatic cancellation of all orders placed via Foodpanda that used their generous P1,000 discount code “Pichapie.”
“We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding,” Yellow Cab’s statement read.
