The Consunji family’s debut in the leisure property market is off to a blazing start, as reservation sales for their project in San Juan, Batangas have already soared.
Reservation sales for Solmera Coast, the flagship project of DMCI Homes under its leisure brand, DMCI Homes Leisure Residences, have surpassed the P5.6 billion mark in just over a month since its launch on August 7, 2023.
As of September 15, 2023, DMCI Homes reported that 93 percent of the project’s initial inventory of nearly 800 condotel units have already been reserved.
Solmera Coast has attracted the attention of investors as it is the only tropical Asian-inspired beach park condotel in San Juan, Batangas.
Solmera Coast is a 7.5-hectare beach park condotel complex located just a few meters from the shoreline. It offers a range of unit sizes from 34 to 91.5 square meters, with prices ranging from P7.1 million to P17 million.
The condotel units are distributed across three mid-rise buildings: Matahari, Kartika, and Bumi, with scheduled occupancy dates in February, May, and August 2027, respectively.
Dennis Yap, DMCI Homes’ VP for Project Development, announced that following the outstanding sales performance of the condotel units, the company plans to launch the residential phase of the project.
The residential units will be situated in the two remaining buildings, Nusa and Asri.
“We are excited to introduce the next phase of Solmera Coast. The residential units, located in the Nusa and Asri buildings, will offer a distinctive beach park living experience for those in search of a beachside lifestyle,” Yap said.
