Bilyonaryo Ramon S. Ang is already investing in training of workers for the New Manila International Airport even if its construction is still underway.
The president and CEO of San Miguel Corp. recently signed an agreement with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) for a training program that will benefit residents of Bulakan.
The beneficiaries are expected to be hired for sales and utility jobs when the NMIA is fully operational.
“Our heartfelt gratitude to TESDA Secretary Suharto Mangudadatu for his unwavering dedication to help empower our fellow kababayans. Through partnerships like this, we move closer to a future where every Filipino thrives and prospers,” Ang said.
SMC’s P735-billion airport will have a yearly capacity of 200 million, about six times more than the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
