‘Til further notice: Bills payment option unavailable on BPI’s app

Clients of the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) can’t pay bills for now using its app.

The Ayala-owned lender issued an advisory on Friday (June 23) saying that the bills payment option in the app will be unavailable until further notice.

As an alternative, BPI clients can access the bank’s website for bills payment and request for a one-time PIN via text message.
