Not once, but twice! SM Tickets halts sales for Coldplay concert. Here’s why

SM Tickets has encountered another technical issue on its platform, barely a week after a glitch affected ticket sales for the Korean girl group TWICE’s concert.

The events arm of the bilyonaryo Sy-blings announced Thursday (June 22) that is putting ticket sales for the British band Coldplay’s concert on hold.

“We will provide an update regarding when online sales will resume as soon as possible,” SM Tickets said. “We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.”

While Coldplay fans can’t buy tickets online for now, they’re still available at select malls.

Earlier this month, SM Tickets also paused online sales for concert tickets to TWICE’s concert at the Philippine Arena due to suspicious behavior.
