The forthcoming development, known as JW Marriott Panglao Island Resort & Spa, is a joint venture between AppleOne Group Inc., a prominent real estate developer based in Cebu, and JW Marriott, a renowned name in the luxury hospitality sector and a part of Marriott International’s esteemed portfolio.
With Bohol being one of the country’s premier tourist hotspots, AppleOne is poised to leverage its expertise in hotel and property development to elevate the hospitality offerings in this captivating region.
This collaboration marks AppleOne’s third partnership with Marriott International, following the successful ventures of The Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort and the Fairfield by Marriott Cebu Mactan.
Ray Manigsaca, president and CEO of AppleOne Group, acknowledges the pent-up demand for travel and the desire to create cherished experiences after enduring the challenges posed by the pandemic.
