PLDT has nominated its chief legal counsel as its new representative on the board of the Philippine Stock Exchange.
PLDT senior vice president and corporate secretary Marilyn A. Victorio-Aquino was elected non-broker director of PSE on June 14.
Victorio-Aquino took over the vacant seat of former PLDT chief financial officer Annabelle Chua who resigned two months ago.
Victorio-Aquino was recently elected director of PLDT. She also sits on the board of listed firms PXP Energy, Philex Mining Lepanto Consolidated Mining and Maynilad Water Services.
The former partner of SyCip Salazar Hernandez and Gatmaitan Law Offices is a graduate of University of Santo Tomas and University of the Philippines College of Law.
