Following recent changes, EEI, the renowned construction and engineering company, has undergone a substantial transformation by replacing over half of its 11-member board.
Joining EEI’s boardroom are six fresh faces: Anthony M. Te, Elmer B. Serrano, Remigio Dayandayan, Carlos Ocampo, Henry D. Antonio, and Francis Lloyd Chua.
They will be joining the existing members, namely Lorenzo Tan (chairman), Wilfrido Sanchez, Medel T. Nera, Renato Valencia, and Roberto de Ocampo.
Last month, bilyonaryo Helen Yuchengco-Dee stepped down as chairman after her family’s House of Investments (HI) sold a 20 percent stake in EEI to RYM Business Management for P1.25 billion. Subsequently, HI sold another 14.35 percent to Chua’s Industry Holdings and Development Corp. a few weeks later.
HI still retains a 20 percent stake in EEI, which it intends to divest in the near future.
