Rockwell Land, the property firm of the Lopez family, is reinforcing its top-level leadership with the appointment of Valerie Soliven as its new president and COO.
Soliven, a licensed broker, has been serving as the EVP of Rockwell Land since October 2018 and as the chief revenue officer since August 2017. With an impressive tenure of 27 years at the company, she has successfully overseen Rockwell’s sales and marketing team for the past two decades.
Before joining Rockwell Land, Soliven held positions at prominent establishments such as Manila Garden Suites, EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, and the Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore, showcasing her extensive industry experience.
In collaboration with the newly appointed chairman Nestor Padilla, Soliven will spearhead Rockwell Land’s expansion efforts.
Padilla, who has been the CEO of Rockwell for an extended period, assumed the role of chairman in February.
Having served as a director at Rockwell Land since 1997 and as the president and CEO since 1995, Padilla brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company’s leadership.
Padilla and Soliven, both trailblazers within Rockwell, are anticipated to guide the company towards achieving double-digit growth in the coming years,” the company said in a statement, highlighting their confidence in the dynamic duo’s ability to steer Rockwell Land to new heights.
