TV5 Network Inc., managed by bilyonaryo Manny V. Pangilinan-led MediaQuest Holdings Inc., has shown signs of improvement as it has successfully reduced its losses, providing a glimmer of hope for the broadcasting firm’s future.
In an interview with reporters, Pangilinan, chairman of MediaQuest, revealed that TV5’s losses are on a downward trend.
When questioned about the possibility of TV5 reaching a break-even point, Pangilinan responded with hopeful anticipation, suggesting that there is always room for a miraculous turnaround.
His earlier projection anticipated TV5 to achieve a break-even status in 2019, following significant measures such as workforce reduction in 2015 and the discontinuation of entertainment shows in 2016.
