Rockwell Land, the property development company owned by the Lopez family, is embarking on an ambitious expansion as it sets its sights on developing a massive 200-hectare portfolio in key locations such as Cebu, Bulacan, and Batangas.
This move reflects the company’s strong commitment to growth and its pursuit of new opportunities in the real estate market.
As part of its expansion plans, Rockwell Land is slated to unveil its third project in Cebu this year.
