Scaling new heights: Rockwell Land’s 200-hectare development vision

Rockwell Land, the property development company owned by the Lopez family, is embarking on an ambitious expansion as it sets its sights on developing a massive 200-hectare portfolio in key locations such as Cebu, Bulacan, and Batangas.

This move reflects the company’s strong commitment to growth and its pursuit of new opportunities in the real estate market.

As part of its expansion plans, Rockwell Land is slated to unveil its third project in Cebu this year.

Dubbed IPI Center by Rockwell, this innovative mixed-use community will span 2.85 hectares and will encompass Rockwell Workspaces, a premier office space solution, along with a distinctive retail concept.

This project serves as a testament to Rockwell Land’s ability to seamlessly integrate various components into vibrant urban developments, creating environments that cater to the evolving needs and preferences of modern professionals and consumers.

Nestor Padilla, the chairman and CEO of Rockwell Land, said the Cebu project will be executed through a partnership with the Wong and Castillo families from International Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Rockwell also has plans to construct a 100-hectare horizontal community in San Jose, Bulacan, which aims to provide its future residents with a serene hillside escape and a rejuvenating wellness retreat.

In addition to this, the company will develop a project in Lian, Batangas, which is poised to be its first premium horizontal beach community in the area.

Rockwell expects to unveil the initial phase of residential lots in 2024.

“We are excited about our new vast 85-hectare beach property. It has 700 meters of coastline and clear waters, spread across two natural coves,” Padilla said.

Rockwell Land initiated a multitude of projects across various cities, generating an unprecedented development revenue of P29 billion.
