Going by subscribers’complaints, the quality of Dito Telecommunity’s services leaves a lot to be desired since its operations started in 2021.
Among the gripes shares by subscribers of the Dennis Uy-owned telco include poor signal for mobile internet, calls and text messages.
“Ang hina nang signal niyo bebs. Inaabot ng minutes tapos pagbalik hihina na naman. Pakiayos mabilis po akong mairita nabato ko na selpon ko,” one Facebook user complained on Dito’s official Facebook page.
Others echoed her frustration, with Dito users sharing their frequent experience of the network losing signal when there’s a brownout in their area.
“Di ko ma-enjoy yung data nyo, Dito sim ang hina,” another said.
“NakakailangtTawag sa another network bago mag-ring.. Paayos naman po ng tawag sa another network,” a subscriber said.
