Ayala Group unveils Pampanga Technopark: A catalyst for economic growth

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) has commenced the construction of its latest ambitious undertaking, the Pampanga Technopark in Mabalacat, as part of its strategic vision to establish a nationwide presence.

Spanning an expansive 270 hectares, this development forms a crucial component of ALLHC’s plan to establish a network of industrial and logistics hubs, positioning itself in 10 key areas across the country by 2025.

Distinguished as the first meticulously designed agro-industrial township in the region, the Pampanga Technopark will serve as a hub for various manufacturing and logistics entities. It will also feature a dedicated agricultural wholesale market, known as “bagsakan,” as well as commercial and retail spaces to cater to the social and recreational needs of the township.

“Through the Pampanga Technopark, we are committed to work together to create employment opportunities for all Filipinos,” ALLC president and CEO Jose Emmanuel Jalandoni said.

The Pampanga Technopark is poised to serve as a gateway to the international markets.

The initial and subsequent stages of the project have obtained registration as domestic industrial zones with the Board of Investments, while the third phase is expected to follow suit.

“We will introduce a modern food terminal and this will be supported by our cold storage and dry warehouse facilities. Farmers from Northern Luzon and all over Central Luzon can bring their produce here, and we can preserve and store them with the proper facilities. We hope this will help all the farmers and our supply chain,” Jalandoni said.
