Shares of five publicly-listed corporations will continue to be suspended as they have failed to comply with the structured reportorial requirements of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE).
The companies affected by the suspension are Reyno-led Manila Jockey Club Inc. and MJC Investments Corp. as well as Steniel Manufacturing Corp., TKC Metals Corp. and DFNN.
According to the PSE, these companies have not submitted their quarterly reports for the period ending March 2023 by the extended deadline of May 22.
This failure to meet the reporting requirements is considered a violation of the structured reportorial requirements under Article VII, Section 17.2, in relation to Section 17.8 of the consolidated listing and disclosure rules.
As a result, the trading in shares of these companies will remain suspended until further notice.
The suspension serves as a reminder to listed companies of the importance of timely and accurate reporting to ensure transparency and compliance with regulatory standards.
