Xandra playfully described her menu as “a little healthy, a little bit not healthy,” embracing the notion that true joy lies in finding equilibrium.
At her exquisitely set table, Alexandra proudly presented her culinary creations—a vibrant Greek salad adorned with creamy avocado, a symphony of colors and flavors that invigorates the senses. And then, the pièce de résistance—a comforting plate of pink sauce pasta, crafted with love. The delicate dance of tomato puree, cream, basil, garlic, and onion created a harmonious melody of taste that enveloped the palate.
