Local vegan shop connects Benguet farmers to direct market

A local vegan store is making it possible to support vegetable growers in Benguet by providing a market for their goods.

In its post, Shirley’s Just Vegan said they would take pre orders of chopsuey veggies for P280 for 2.5 kilos.

They are also making available salad sets which cost P280 for 1.8 kilos to 2 kilos.

The chopsuey set will include broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, young corn, wombok, sayote, green beans, and bell pepper.
The salad set will have lettuce, sugar beets, lemon, marble potato, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.

The project seeks to connect the farmers with a sure market while customers will be getting a great deal for their vegetable needs.

Message the store to place your orders for a June 4 delivery.
