Gotianun family’s Filinvest Land and KMC join forces in co-working space venture

Gotianun-led Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) and KMC have inked a joint venture agreement (JVA) aimed at capitalizing on the thriving demand for flexible workspace facilities in commercial buildings.

This strategic partnership will enable FLI to expand its presence in the co-working space industry, leveraging the expertise of KMC, a recognized player in the field.

The JVA entails the development, management, operation, and maintenance of private serviced office seats and co-working seats.

FLI and KMC have formed a P100 million joint venture company, which will serve as the platform for implementing the JVA.

The co-working industry has experienced a surge in demand, fueled by various factors including the rise of remote work, the need for diverse office options, and a desire for enhanced working environments.

Partnering with a strong brand like KMC will enhance FLI’s market presence, expand its operations to multiple locations, and enable it to cater to a wider range of customers.
