Gotianun-led Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) and KMC have inked a joint venture agreement (JVA) aimed at capitalizing on the thriving demand for flexible workspace facilities in commercial buildings.
This strategic partnership will enable FLI to expand its presence in the co-working space industry, leveraging the expertise of KMC, a recognized player in the field.
The JVA entails the development, management, operation, and maintenance of private serviced office seats and co-working seats.
FLI and KMC have formed a P100 million joint venture company, which will serve as the platform for implementing the JVA.
