Another power outage hit Terminal 3 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on Monday (May 1), hours after the dawn brownout that left several passengers stranded and disrupted flight operations.
GMA News reporter Joseph Morong said the second brownout happened around 4 p.m. Power was restored within the hour.
While the power glitch lasted for less than an hour, it resulted in long queues for passengers going to the immigration counters. Security personnel also resorted to manual inspection of bags and luggage as the x-ray scanners could not be powered by the backup supply.
