‘Get the press out of here, they’re so useless!’ Paul Soriano cuts short Vanessa Hudgens media interviews because his wife Toni couldn’t wait

“The press can f*ck off.”

This is what Presidential Adviser for Creative Communications Paul Soriano reportedly told the media patiently waiting in line to interview Hollywood actress Vanessa Hudgens.

Babbler, citing several eyewitness accounts, said Soriano caused a scene in Hudgens’ press conference and unilaterally decided to cut off any further one-on-one interviews with the government’s newly-appointed global tourism ambassador.

After the big three networks got their turn to chat with Hudgens, a fuming Soriano put his foot down and told the PR team which arranged the series of interviews: “That’s the last one!”

When some of the spurned reporters appealed (including CNN Philippines’ Christine Jacob), Babbler said Soriano started

cursing and told the PR team: “Get the press out of here. I don’t need them. They’re so useless. The press can f*ck off.”

It turns out Soriano kicked out all the other media outlets and insulted them to their faces just so his wife, celebrity Toni Gonzaga, could interview Hudgens on her personal channel.

Babbler noted that while it was Soriano’s private event (he claimed to have spent his own money to get Vanessa in the country), his behavior towards the media is appalling.

Soriano’s father, Jeric, is a cousin of First Lady Liza Marcos-Araneta.
