Sofitel Manila is tapping into your childhood memories with Gunita, a 12 course degustation menu comprised of themed menus like Baon ni Tita Rose, Ayin’s Dried Tuna, Matriarch’s Lapu Lapu en Mayonesa, Chicken Liver Adobo, Yaya’s Almusal: Popped Rice Silog, Blue Marlin and Kamias, Mamey’s Cocido, Fried Chicken and Dinuguan and Whiskey, Nora Daza Cookbook Pastel de Lengua Wellington, Of Choose, Hotdogs, Marshmallows and Kiddie Parties, Choc Nut and Manang Sorbetera.

The menus are lovingly curated and prepared by Chef Bettina Arguelles and Chef Rhea Rizzo.
