A feast for the senses.
Grace Barbers Baja recently attended Art Basel in Hong Kong and shared her dining experience at Castellana Restaurant before the event began.
She was immediately drawn to the homemade salted butter from a red cow, along with the cheese and bread served at the restaurant.
As the dishes arrived, Grace couldn’t resist taking photos of each one. She savored the zucchini flower filled with anchovies and ricotta, the homemade “plin” ravioli filled with capon and Parmesan sauce, the one-year aged Carnaroli risotto with Porcini mushrooms, and the seared bluefin tuna with stuffed tomato and crispy kale.
For dessert, Grace indulged in tiramisu with moka soil, coffee, mascarpone, and homemade cocoa biscuit. She shared this exquisite culinary experience with Lesley Gomez, Laine Laudico, and Shyrene Perez, who also enjoyed the meal.
Overall, Grace highly recommends Castellana Restaurant to anyone visiting Hong Kong, as it offers an excellent food selection and pleasant ambiance. The restaurant is a perfect place to indulge in a luxurious meal and make unforgettable culinary memories.
