EEI president Roberto Castillo retiring from EEI after 17 years, to be replaced by Helen Yuchengco Dee’s protege Henry Antonio

Roberto Jose L. Castillo is leaving the construction firm of the Yuchengo family on April 30 this year.

The 68-year old Castillo has been president and CEO of EEI Corp. since 2006. He will remain as director of the company.

The product of Wharton School and University of Santo Tomas (UST) will be replaced by Henry D. Antonio who was appointed COO of EEI last year.

Antonio, a long time advisor of bilyonaryo Helen Yuchengco Dee in Rizal Commercial Banking Corp., will also take the board seat vacated by Malayan Insurance president and CEO Paola Abaya who resigned as director.
