JFC Group, the world-renowned fast food conglomerate founded by bilyonaryo Tony Tan Caktiong, is set to invest P19 billion this year to ramp up its expansion.
The bulk of this year’s total capital budget will be allocated towards expanding its network in and outside the Philippines by opening 550 to 600 owned and franchised stores.
This ambitious move follows the company’s opening of a record-breaking 542 stores last year, resulting in a remarkable 9.2 percent expansion of its already impressive store network.
As part of its robust capital expenditure plan, JFC Group has earmarked a budget of between P17 billion and P19 billion for this year’s operations.
As a major player in the global quick service restaurant industry, JFC Group owns and operates an impressive portfolio of popular brands, including Jollibee, Chowking, Greenwich, Red Ribbon, Yong He King, Hong Zhuang Yuan, Mang Inasal, Burger King, Highlands Coffee, PHO2, Smashburger, Tim Ho Wan, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Panda Express, Yoshinoya, and Milksha.
