From March 16 to 19, Solaire will be hosting a series of exclusive dining events featuring Michelin-starred chefs from around the world.

Dubbed as Gastronomic Indulgence, this special event will showcase the culinary prowess of Chefs Enrico Bartolini, Tohru Nakamura, Rene Frank, Alvin Leung, and Rui Silvestre. These culinary geniuses have flown in all the way to the Philippines to prepare their signature dishes for guests of Solaire.

Finestra, Yakumi, Red Lantern, Oasis Garden Café, and Waterside, Solaire’s acclaimed dining destinations, will serve as the venues for these exceptional dining experiences.

Each restaurant will feature a unique menu created by one of the Michelin-starred chefs, ensuring that every guest will enjoy a one-of-a-kind culinary adventure.

Guests can choose from a series of Michelin Star Dinners happening from March 16 to 18, or opt for the Sunday Brunch on March 19.

With limited slots available, guests are encouraged to book their reservations in advance to secure their spot.
