Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Manotoc took to Instagram to wish his cousin, Sandro Marcos, a happy birthday.
The Governor shared a throwback photo of the two of them on the job at Gov. Roque Ablan Provincial Hospital, which was captured by Cass Ablan.
In the photo, Matthew can be seen engrossed in reading the messages of Sandro, who serves as Ilocos Norte’s 1st district representative.
