Leading by example: Daniel Padilla, Kathryn Bernardo, Coco Martin among top celebrity taxpayers recognized by BIR in 2022

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) recently recognized the top celebrity taxpayers for 2022, and the list is filled with the brightest stars of the Philippine entertainment industry.

Topping the list are the well-loved celebrity couple Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, and the king of primetime television, Coco Martin.

Joining them are other famous names in showbiz, including Anne Curtis, Judy Ann Santos, Liza Soberano, Maja Salvador, Michael V., Sarah Geronimo, Vic Sotto, and Willie Revillame.

Bernardo expressed her hope that their recognition as top taxpayers will inspire others to fulfill their responsibilities as Filipinos and pay their taxes.

Curtis, on the other hand, emphasized the importance of leading by example as public figures.

Kudos to these celebrities for setting a good example for their fans and fellow taxpayers!
