College of Saint Benilde coach Charles Tiu loves to indulge in a perfectly seared steak when he is not deep into training his players for the next major basketball season.
Most recently, he shared a peek at his guilty pleasure, a beautifully prepared T- Bone steak from Ruby Jack’s Steakhouse. He needed only a few words to illustrate his excitement for his meal.
