Even though the F&B industry suffered a lot from this pandemic, Happy Ongpauco Tiu never lost hope and sight.
“After the pandemic , we had to close some branches which led to loss of jobs ….but I promised my affected employees that as soon as I can, I will open new stores and give their jobs back!,” she wrote in an Instagram post.
Happy owns Le Chon and was excited to share on Instagram that it’s now open at Public Eatery, Robinsons Magnolia, 4th floor.
