The Vikings Group promised to continue the legacy of Josephine’s restaurant in Tagaytay with its new venture, Rosario.
The Vikings group is set to pick up the legacy that iconic Josephine’s restaurant left in Tagaytay when it closed its doors to the public after 27 years of service.
In its post, Vikings promised to honor its predecessor with the opening of Rosario, which, like Josephine’s will feature heirloom recipes using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, evoking happy memories of huge gatherings around the family dinner table.
Vikings said the new venture would serve the same brand of quality and service that it delivers under its umbrella as well as the familiarity and comfort of food offered by its predecessor.
