DMCI Homes, the housing arm of the Consunji family, is launching its first project in Caloocan City as part of the company’s thrust to expand in other high-growth areas in Metro Manila.
It is introducing its signature resort-style condo-living in Caloocan City through The Callinea Tower, a single-tower residential building located in M.H. Del Pilar St., Grace Park.
“The Calinea Tower being our first project in the city, we want to show exactly what has endeared our brand to our customers,” DMCI Homes VP for project development Dennis Yap said.
“These are generous units, nature-infused wide-open spaces, and indoor and outdoor resort-inspired amenities where people of all ages can relax and enjoy their leisure time,” Yap added.
After successfully solidifying its foothold in other key cities in Metro Manila, the quadruple A developer is taking advantage of the ongoing construction of big-ticket infrastructures by expanding in other high-growth areas in Metro Manila.
“The CAMANAVA (Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela) area has tremendous potential because of major infrastructures being built in and around the area,” Yap said.
“It’s no surprise that there’s a strong take-up of properties in this side of the metro,” he added.
