Postpaid subscribers of Globe Telecom no longer need to fill out paperwork or online forms to register their SIM cards in accordance with a newly signed law.
Ahead of the effectivity of the SIM Registration Act on December 27, Globe announced that it already has the necessary personal information of postpaid subscribers in its database.
“Should we need you to confirm and/or complete your data, we will get in touch with you at a later time,” the Ayala-owned telco said.
Meanwhile, prepaid Globe subscribers can log on to new.globe.com.ph/simreg to register their SIMs. They will be asked to provide the relevant information and upload a copy of a government ID to verify their identity.
