A digital banking pioneer will be on the move again after joining Philippine National Bank of ultra bilyonaryo Lucio Tan in May 2021.
Paolo Eugenio J. Baltao is resigning as senior vice president of PNB effective 1 January 2023 “to pursue other career opportunities.”
Baltao served as special assistant to the PNB president on the No. 5 lender’s digital initiative.
Prior to joining PNB, Baltao worked with Union Bank of the Philippines where he led EON Banking as the country’s first fully digital banking platform.
