Clark airport ready for influx of holiday travelers

Luzon International Premiere Airport Development (LIPAD), the operator of Clark International Airport (CRK), assured the public that it is prepared for the surge of passengers this holiday season.

The Clark airport’s new terminal has an annual capacity of 8 million passengers. It has so far only had 780,000 guests.

Last November, it welcomed 85,000 passengers, 77 percent of whom were foreigners. For December, the Clark airport has already received 102,000 passengers, with 75 percent as international passengers.

Aside from lesser times spent on queues, CRK boasts of other features that add to the pleasant travel experience of its guests.
