The homecoming concert of Filipino band Ben&Ben at the SMDC Festival Grounds in Parañaque on December 18 was marred by complaints from concert goers who had difficulty going inside the venue.
Members of the 65,000-strong crowd have taken to social media to complain about the long queue that stretched to the SM Mall of Asia Arena complex in Pasay because of horrible logistics by concert organizer Ovation Productions.
Twitter user @activeanhourago shared how organizers squeezed all concert goers into one entrance line despite having four separate ticket ranges.
To add insult to the injury, one commenter shared how concert crew banned tumblers inside the venue but did not sort them properly for attendees to claim right after exiting.
