Em Aglipay Villar was recently thrilled to have seen former president Rodrigo Duterte.
According to Em, the former president is “looking well-rested, healthy and very relaxed.”
Looking back to her past encounters with former President Duterte this year, she sees the president’s aura as “light and peaceful.”
“After six years of hard work and intense stress, I am glad he is finally able to relax and take it easy. I’ve missed him. #SalamatPRRD,” Em wrote.
In almost all these meet-ups, she was with her husband, then DPWH Secretary and now Senator Mark Villar.
