The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) has teamed up with the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc., for a tree planting campaign in Cebu.
Their target area is the Dumanjug town, where BPI plans to grow 136,800 trees in the Aboitiz’s business bailiwick of sorts. Each plant may be sponsored by a BPI client for a P60 donation.
The Ayala-owned bank’s collaboration with the Aboitiz family’s corporate social responsibility arm will hopefully open more doors to environment-friendly and sustainable business initiatives.
