Actress Jennylyn Mercado’s post calling out bilyonaryo Lucio Co’s S&R for some dubious-looking meat purportedly purchased from one of its branches is getting mixed reactions from netizens.
Through a post on Instagram Stories, she tagged the establishment and questioned whether the meat was still safe to eat despite looking old and with darkened corners.
While some supporters were turned off by the picture, some criticized the singer-actress for not checking the meat before making the purchase and only complaining about it afterwards.
Some of the comments included:
“So, bakit nila binili? Check muna kasi. ‘Di lang lagay nang lagay sa cart.”
“Dapat ipakita mo kung saan mo nabili at nandu’n ‘yung SNR saka resibo. Baka mademanda ka n’yan. Tapos, bakit hindi mo ireklamo na lang muna sa SNR mismo? Bakit i-social media agad? Gagawa
