The suspension on the trading of shares of Steniel Manufacturing Corp. remains in effect due to its failure to submit its quarterly report within the prescribed period.
According to the Philippine Stock Exchange, the trading suspension stays until further notice.
The PSE said Steniel failed to submit its quarterly report for the period ending September on or before the extended deadline of November 21.
It also penalized 7 listed firms for breach of rules. These firms include Abra Mining & Industrial Corp., Globalport 900 Inc., IP E-Game Ventures Inc., Philab Holdings Corp., Philippine National Construction Corp., PICOP Resources Inc., and Unioil Resources & Holdings Co. Inc.
