The next generation of Zobel de Ayalas went through a rite of passage of sorts as they hosted a gathering of the conglomerate’s employees ahead of Christmas.
Ayala Group chairman Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala’s daughter, Mariana, son Jaime Alfonso, and nephew Jaime Urquijo took the stage at the Ayala Triangle Gardens in Makati on Saturday (November 19) to celebrate decades of the conglomerate’s good working relationship with employees.
The event looked like the family’s way of introducing these millennial faces as the next C-suite leaders of their subsidiaries.
“They led the crowd to a welcome cheer for Ayala president and CEO Bong Consing. Our #WeAreAyala community celebrates lasting friendship and camaraderie,” Zobel de Ayala said.
