Love paella? Meet its far less popular cousin

Taste Atlas recently featured Fideuà, a colorful Valencian and Catalan dish that can be considered a different version of popular Spanish dish paella.

Both dishes feature seafood ingredients but instead of rice, Fideuà uses fideo, a local pasta variant.

While it is rated with 3.8 stars, it lands on No. 30 of the worst-rated seafood dishes in the world.
