Murky no more: Villar’s PrimeWater fixes supply problem in Laguna

Ultra bilyonaryo Manny Villar’s Prime Water said it has resolved a netizen’s complaint of murky and stinky water coming out of a faucet in Laguna.

A team of PrimeWater personnel visited the customer’s home a day after the post went viral and carried out a 15-minute flushing procedure of the pipes.

“Upon checking, it was found that the discoloration was caused by an interconnection work in the said area,” the firm said.

“The branch also reiterates that it operates an installed filtration system to ensure water quality is maintained for all its customers. Rest assured that the company is committed to ensuring efficient and reliable water supply to all our served areas,” it added.

ERC to look into complaints of overcharging by power firms
