Take a cue from how the Kings on how to raise your kids.

Kimberly Epil King showed on Instagram what she and Atticus teach their kids instead of religion.

In terms of spiritual fitness, they instill in them the principle of Stoicism that they hope will serve as the bedrock of their children on “how to interact with the world.”

“As early as now we teach them concepts like how life is hard, how it is not fair nor will it treat everyone equally, and not everyday is going to be roses and how the constant pursuit of pleasure will just weaken you,” she said.

Kim took a video of their eldest saying that there will be gloomy days and that what you need to do is to be smart, not dumb.
