NOW Corp. has lost a top financial executive for the second time in 15 months.
The NOW board chaired by businessman Mel Velarde announced the resignation of its treasurer and chief of corporate finance and investor relations, Melissa T. Dimayuga, for ‘personal reason’ effective September 17.
NOW stressed Dimayuga’s resignation was “not due to any disagreement with NOW Corporation on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practice.”
Dimayuga took over as treasurer in June 2021 following the resignation of treasurer and CFO Diana M. Luna.
