Over the weekend, some Marcos critics called for a boycott of Delimondo as its owners are related to former Senator Juan Ponce Enrile, who is now chief Presidential legal counsel.

Katrina, who’s one of the top honchos of the family’s JAKA Corporation, said: “Delimondo is known for their corned beef, but we do have other products equally as good as our corned beef. Can we not make this political.”

“I created Delimondo. My family name just happened to be Ponce Enrile,” she added.
