Nico Bolzico is set to create a meat club.
In a one on one interview with bilyonaryo Jaime Zobel de Ayala’s After Six program, Bolzico talked about the different ventures that his family business is involved in including animal feeds, agri technology to formulate better feeds that are more sustainable and affordable.
During the interview, he said it is important to also advocate this in the Philippines given that animal waste is still seen as useless waste by livestock growers in the country.
He shared that the animal waste is sterilized and converted to consumable animal protein that is used as raw materials of their feeds.
Bolzico also talked about plans to put up a 600 square meter steakhouse on top of his Chingolo Deli where meat lovers can enjoy Bolzico Beef brought in from Argentina.
